Our sheer viscose jersey is our signature fabric with just the right amount of sheerness and stretch, which allows us to create unique ephemeral silhouettes that you wouldn’t find elsewhere.

Wonderful for both fitted and loose garments, Ponte offers a flattering fit so you can focus on more important things than constantly tugging and readjusting. Less stretchy than jersey, it gives a more structured look that’s perfect for formal pieces like our signature Manhattan One Shoulder designs. It’s also wrinkle resistant and perfect for traveling.

Our cotton-based lightweight french terry is the thinner of the two kinds of sweatshirt fabrics we offer. Constructed with a fine, french terry inner layer, it mimics the feeling of silk on the skin. OEKO-TEX® certified, our 100% European poplin cotton fabric has become a core material in our collection with its elevated look and its comfy, crisp feel. It’s used for our looser, structured silhouettes.

Our 100% French organic cotton jersey is breathable and airy. Used for many of our tees and casual shirts for an elevated look and luxurious feel.

Our 100% virgin Italian wool is nothing short of a dream—part of its production involves being boiled, giving it a noticeably felted appearance. Our Merino wool, both the French Merino wool mix (20% Merino wool, 80% acrylic) and the 100% Italian extra fine Merino wool, are of fine fibers resulting in soft, lighter, and more flexible garments.
Care: Gentle care required—dry clean only. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Dry flat when needed. Iron on low heat.

Our merino wool blend is the thickest selection of our yarns. Of French origin, this yarn is a balance of 20% merino wool and 80% acrylic fibers - making it soft to the touch and more comfortable on the skin than traditional wood yarns.

Upon purchasing this listing, you will receive:

> a follow-up email from our team sent within the following business day, with all necessary documents for shipping your return filled out and ready to print
> an email from DHL with the details of the shipment and the scheduled pickup time
PLEASE INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION during the checkout process in a note to seller to ensure that we have all the necessary information to arrange your pickup:
> the order number and design numbers associated with the items for return
> your phone number and email address
> the address where DHL can collect the package from you
> desired pickup date and timeframe (or, if you would rather drop off the package at a local DHL location, please note this preference instead)
Before your scheduled pickup time, simply print the shipping documents, and pack your items for return with your completed Marcella return form.

Please note that DHL does not operate on weekends. If you do not specify an eligible desired time, we’ll go ahead and schedule the pickup within 1-2 business days from the listing purchase. If you do not include an email and address with the order details, we will use those provided at the time of purchase.
You will have the opportunity to confirm the location, date, and timeframe when DHL contacts you with the return details, but this information is required for us to make the initial scheduling request.
Kindly refrain from altering the documents you receive from us, as this might cause issues with the pickup and processing of your return. Please note that in such cases, the customer may be subject to additional fees. Instead, please contact us with any questions so we can help.
Once we receive your package from DHL (within approximately 2-4 business days), we will process your return and issue your refund within three weeks.
If your package also includes garments for exchange, we will ship your replacement garments as quickly as possible. You will receive a new tracking number via email when we mail your exchange.
If you do not wish to take advantage of our discounted DHL pickup option to mail your return, please do not purchase this listing. Instead, kindly follow the directions on our return form to mail back your garments.
We appreciate your understanding—we would not be able to reimburse you for your return shipping cost as we try to keep our prices relatively low.
